What I did Over the weekend!

Selfish!!! That is all I can say about myself this weekend. I went to a scrapbook retreat with my friend. I have the greatest husband in the world to let me go all Friday night and Saturday to just do scrapbooking stuff. Then when I returned on Saturday night the kids were in bed, the house was clean (although I left it in good shape on Friday) and he was folding the whites (my biggest dread in the world!) On top of all that he winterized the garage and organized everything (no one is surprised by this) but he did it while watching the girls. I did some WAY cute pages and also two cute craft projects that I am sure my sister's will die over. I am ready to have a craft day sister's so let me know when you are ready. (After the Halloween show and Baptism though!!!) Happy Weekend to everyone!

Second part SHOUT OUT TO JACK! For anyone who did not know: my little sister Chelsea had her baby. Jack Robert Johnson! He is the cutest baby! Here are the pictures to prove it!

I am very jealous that you got to spend your weekend scrapbooking! I haven't scrapbooked for a long time and I really need to. Can't wait for the Halloween concert, it's always a favorite of mine.

So Cute! I love the pages-the picture text you sent me didn't work by the way. You do have a great husband, and I'm not at all surprised about the cleaning/organizing that he did while you were gone. I'm glad you got to spend some time scrapbooking with your friends. We definitely need to have a craft day soon. I love the pictures of the cutest girls with the cutest litte boy ever! We should get some cousin pictures done for Christmas--don't ya think? Love ya!

Grandma agrees that we need to have cousin pictures for Christmas! We could also have a family one taken, as of right now, there are no changes (that we know of) for nine months. It is so nice of Tim to do that -- I commented to Dad last night when we dropped by, that was something women of our time did not do. Good for you women of the new century! Love the stuff you did -- I saw it first hand today! I am homesick for all my little ones, so Nov. 1st cannot come quite quickly enough!

Seriously, can I please sign Rick up for a tutorial from Tim? I mean, he is great to tend the kids, but usually the house looks like a tornado hit when I come home. Cute pics of the girls with Jack. Can't wait to be together soon. P.S. I am going to e-mail my baptism memory THIS WEEK! Promise!

I knew you would miss my posts and allow non-blogger comment. I know we have asked this before, but we are really serious...can we have one of your girls? The obvious choice would be Tess since she is my doppleganger, but I love them all so much I could never choose. Which one has been the nicest this week and would like a vacation to Las Vegas?

Billie Jo...you are not selfish for taking some time for yourself. Cute pages! Jack looks as big as little Mia in that picture of them together!

Olivia - don't feel bad. That's how I always felt with your Dad -- but remember how much fun you kids all had turning the house into the tornado! Now that the years are past, my house looks worse than a tornado and there are no children!!! The moral of the story--don't worry about the tornados, just be glad for the winds that blew them there! (You are going to become to calm with all my advice that nothing will phase you!)

Can I be your sister? I love the scrapbook pages!! I am glad you got to get out with your friends, you are one of the busiest "Stay at home" moms I know. Although I think you are kinda pushing it. Didn't you just get to go to the D.R. by yourself? Just Kidding you deserve it!!!

Okay Martha Stewart I just give up.I think if I came home and the kids were in bed and my husband was doing laundry I would have a stroke. If I got to go anywhere alone I would have a mild heart attack. Lucky girl! Cute projects I'll have to scraplift them. Tell Alan he can take my kids for a while or better yet I've been good and I would love a trip to vegas!

Of course my favorite picture is the one of me with the girls. You have the most beautiful girls in the world. Rob and I call them the cutikofers and he really does love them even if he tries his best to avoid them. Thanks for letting me be their grandpa.

I wish I could scrapbook with you... My scrapbook stuff has been in storage for three years and it feels like it would take to much of an effort to get it down... I love how cute you are in the way you talk about your hubby and I LOVE the pictures of your girls with Jack. That baby is so dang cute... I bet your girls were pretty confused on what to do with a boy... Olivia's boys and Chelseas will have to play make-up and Barbies with the older cousins... Make sure to take pictures of the Make-overs they will do on them... I'm really glad your blog is back up... I can't wait to see Trick-or-Treat pictures of your girls.
